The project consists of converting the existing office building to the area chapter of Girls Inc. of the Valley.  Work will include demolition of interior partitions and finishes as required including a new elevator and elevator entry structure. This project will also feature new plumbing, electrical, HVAC and modifications to the existing sprinkler system as required for the modified interior layout.  Site improvements include a new deck, fencing, playground equipment and upgrades to egress paths and parking layouts. The scope of work includes trades typical of what one would expect with an interior commercial renovation, including Masonry, Metals, Carpentry, Insulation, Openings, Drywall, Painting, Ceiling, Flooring, Specialties, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and other miscellaneous trades.
