We are thrilled to share updates on the Singing Bridge Residents Apartment project in Chicopee, MA, which is progressing smoothly towards the commencement of construction this fall. Collaborating closely with the esteemed developer, Brisa Builders, and the visionary Architect, Paul A. Castrucci Architects, we are shaping a remarkable living space.

Our proactive engagement with the City of Chicopee building department has ensured that our plans are well-aligned with regulations, facilitating a seamless process. Supported by financing from DHCD, this ambitious project encompasses the construction of an impressive 8-story building spanning 117,614 square feet. Within this structure, we are creating 105 attached residential apartment units.

The architectural framework combines the strength of a steel-framed building with the timeless allure of face brick and EIFS siding, promising a blend of durability, aesthetic appeal, and modern functionality.
