As the general contractor for this development, our team was responsible for sitework, concrete foundations, and constructing the building shells for three well-known tenants—Starbucks, Chipotle, and Sally’s Apizza.
This project highlights Western’s expertise in retail construction and our ability to deliver high-quality, efficient builds that set the stage for successful tenant fit-outs.
