Western Builders constructed the stunning three-story, 79,000 sq. ft. building consisting of 79 residential living units: 26 memory care units and 53 assisted living units. In addition, the community features numerous common areas, opulent communal dining, a commercial kitchen, administrative offices, laundry facilities, activity rooms, billiard room, salon, theater, a 6,000 sf interior courtyard, and more.
Impressed with our quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to the project schedule, the Gralia Group, developer of The Arbors at Dracut, once again chose Western Builders for a similar-sized senior facility project, The Ivy at Ellington.
