The Ivy at Ellington

The Ivy at Ellington is one of the newer assisted-living residential communities created by local developer, the Gralia Group.
Western Builders was selected to construct this warm and inviting 77,200 sq ft senior and assisted-living community. The facility houses 79 one- and two-bedroom apartments and boasts a wide array of amenities including a full commercial kitchen, dining center, fitness center, theater, pub, and beauty salon. There is also a specialized memory support wing called Reflections, where meticulous care was taken by Western during the integration of controls to ensure security measures met all regulatory requirements.
This is the second consecutive project that Western Builders has done for the Gralia Group, the first being The Arbors at Dracut in Massachusetts.
